Is there a problem with the bank reconciliation reports

I can't seem to pull up the reports

Hi kbarratt,

 

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  It's important that you're able to review the reconciliation reports in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be glad to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser, and then log into QuickBooks Online in a private/incognito window to see if you get the same result.  If there are no reconciliation reports, I suggest looking at the Audit Log, located in Settings ⚙, to see if the reconciliations have been undone.  In addition, you can search the bank register by using the Filter to determine the reconcile status.  Here's how;

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Chart of accounts

2. Click on Account history in the Action column for the specified account

3. Select the Filter

4. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the Reconciled status and a Date range

5. Hit Apply
