Is there a way to add a memo or notes field to the A/R aging summary report.

Depending on the QuickBooks Online package you have, the A/R Aging Summary report has a few different customization options in terms of the way you can filter the data. There isn't, at this time, any way to add a memo or notes field for any subscription package. This is true whether you're looking to populate memo and notes fields from transactions or simply add a note about the report. In the meantime, if you're looking to see the memo field included on a transaction, I recommend using the A/R Aging Detail report instead. When you run that report, you can click Customize, expand the Rows/Columns section, and then click Change columns to see the options available. If you mean you'd like to add a memo or note to the report overall, exporting or printing the report are options you can consider.
