Is there a way to eliminate the 0.00 for parent accounts on BS & IS when showing the sub-account detail without having to export to Excel and delete it?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides a variety of reports that can be customized, so you see what matters most.  I'd be glad to assist!

When you open the balance sheet, you can customize it to 'show non-zero or active only' items.  You'll find this option under Columns, when you hit Customize.  Here's a detailed guide for customizing reports in QuickBooks Online.
