Is there a way to print a Profit and Loss report with locations as Headers and it breaks down classes?? When I filter, I only ever see Location, never classes. Pls Help?

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online has the options you need to see what matters most when creating a report.  I'd be happy to assist!

Class tracking is available in QuickBooks Online Plus.  Once you've turned on class tracking you'll need to set up your list so you can track your transactions, run reports by class or create a budget for each class.  When you run the Profit and Loss report you can customize it to include classes.  Here's how;

1. Open Reports from the left menu 

2. Select Profit and Loss

3. Click on Customize

4. Open the Filter 

5. Checkmark the box beside each item you want on the report

6. Hit Run Report
