Question

Is there an issue with importing of RBC bank statements to QBO? November bank statements are not available for a few clients.

Hello user42636,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I know how useful the bank statements feature is with reconciling in QuickBooks Online, and I want to make sure this is working for you. I'll take you through some troubleshooting.

When you have your bank connected via the feed in the Transactions or Banking tab, your bank may also qualify for the adjoining bank statements feature for reconciling. RBC is on our list of supported banks in the Get bank statements directly from your bank when you reconcile article, so that's a good start. Another good step to take is to make sure your bank is set up for online or e-statements, since that'll then trigger our system to recognize it for this feature. That's something you'd take care of from your banking website.

If everything seems to be set up correctly, I recommend taking these troubleshooting steps to see if it'll jog the program back into working order with the statements. These steps tackle cache, browser, app, and Internet issues, all of which can affect QBO's performance as a cloud software.

If you're still having trouble, I encourage you to connect with our support team outside of the QuickBooks Community using one of the following options.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

Social MediaFacebookTwitter, and Instagram.

These options give us the opportunity to securely review your account on the back-end to check for connection issues. Don't hesitate to give us a shout using one of those methods when you have a moment.

Take care.
