Journal entries not getting listed in find match

To get started with this, I encourage you to make sure you're able to locate the journal entries on your account. If you're able to locate them, please double-check that they have the correct details such as the date and the account. From here, I encourage you to clear cache and cookies on your browser. This is a great way to fix any minor browser issues that may be affecting the site. Here's an article that shows you how to do this.
