Question

Journal entries not showing up in my profit loss.

I've just started doing manual payroll through a Journal Entry and it's not showing up in my Profit Loss report.  I have changed my filters on the report to include "all", I have changed my report from Cash to Accrual and back again and that is not changing anything.   Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community. It's important that you're able to view your profit and loss report to keep track of your books. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to easily track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to help. 

This type of issue can be caused by browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning effectively. I encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete some browser troubleshooting.
