Multiple lines for a single invoice in the customized report

I am in the process of customizing reports to summarize invoice based on the contract period.

When I review the report, I noticed that a single invoice is spread across multiple lines, making it hard to obtain accurate sales amount.

Also, is it possible to include the name of the person who created each invoice? I attempted to add it on the "Search columns" feature but couldn't find it.

The function you've described above isn't available in QuickBooks. You're more than welcome to send feature requests by clicking on the Help menu and looking for Send Feedback Online. New product ideas and improvements are largely based on the feedback we get from users like you.
