Hi KristaE,

It's vital that your transactions are showing up correctly on your account. The Banking feature in QuickBooks is designed to help bring simplicity to the way you manage your bank transactions. I'd be glad to assist you with this.

Based on what you've described, I recommend going through your transactions to make sure they match what you see on your bank statements. The best way to do this is reconciling your accounts.

QuickBooks makes it easy to reconcile your account and I encourage you to reference the resources below for more info:

Reconcile accounts

Reconcile hub

Fix an opening balance to match a bank statement

Why does my bank balance not match the quickbooks balance in this simple case?

Once your bank transactions are in order, the correct amounts should reflect on your reports. I hope this info helps. In case you have other questions, feel free to contact our support team using this link here.

My bank account reconciled and starting and ending balances are correct!

When I run my balance sheet report it shows my deposits amounts ( that are imported from my bank) as an uncleared payment! But these were deposits!
The deposit line is correct but the payment line below is wrong... can’t delete the payment line as it deletes everything... can’t mark it as ‘c’ as it doesn’t save it!!
