My cash flow planner isn't showing up in the menu. Why not?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic cloud based accounting program with everything you need to complete your daily bookkeeping tasks.  One of the many valuable features is the Cash flow planner.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

You can access the Cash flow planner from the left menu.  However, this won't be available if you've enabled Multicurrency.  If you haven't turned multicurrency on in your companyt settings and you're still not seeing it, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  I'd also recommend logging into your account from an incognito browser or other browsers such as Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari, to see if you have the same result.
