My client uses Quickbooks Desktop as his POS system. At the end of the month, what report can I print that shows sales, and a summary by payment method (like Square).
Square prints a great report that shows total sales, and total money received by payment method. I use this to create a single journal entry in QBO, and then allocate the payments according to their clearing accounts. I can not find a similar report in Quickbooks Desktop. Or is there a better way to do this?
