My discounts given are recorded to the heading account and not the GL sub A/C. How can I fix this? I set it up in advanced>COA>Discount acccount

Having your discounts recorded to the right account is crucial to keep your Chart of Accounts correct and up to date. I'd be happy to help point you in the right direction for this.
