Question

My first month was uploaded as CSV. The next month was entered all manually. The manual entries show up under the audit log and not expenses at all. What do I do?

I did make some changes so I do understand why they are in the audit log - how do I get them to be reflected on categorized expenses?

Welcome to the QuickBooks family!  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need to manage your books with confidence.  I'd be happy to help!

 

It's important that you're entering your expenses accurately, so you can reconcile your accounts effortlessly.  Here's a helpful guide for recording and managing your expenses.  When you connect your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online, you'll be able to update your transactions automatically.  The transactions will be located in the For Review section in the Banking feature.  When transactions have been created in QuickBooks, they can be automatically matched, so you don't need to do it manually.  To learn more about categorizing your items, click here.
