New financial period

Hi,

I have closed my books for financial period ended 31 March 2019.  How do I start the subsequent financial period's accounting ?

Thanks for posting your question in the Community. I'll be happy to steer you in the righ direction with this. 

 

Congrats on closing the books for 31 March 2019. You won't have to manually create a new financial period with QuickBooks Desktop. You can continue entering the transactions as normal and if you need any assistance, feel free to reach back to the Community.
