Journal entries are a great way to correct accounts and make unique entries. I'd be happy to help you with this.

 

If you're running into issues with your journal entries there can be a few reasons for this. The first step to take is to make sure the journal entries are being made following the correct steps. You can follow the steps in this article on how to make journal entries.

 

You can also check your browser health to see if it could also be the cause. To do this you'll need to clear your cache and cookies and try opening your QuickBooks account in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode.

 

Finally I also recommend reaching out to your accountant to make sure the right accounts are being credited and debited as they are trained in this. If you don't have an accountant you can find one near you by going to My Accountant>Find a pro to help in your QuickBooks Online account.
