Ok so what is the quickest way to get the DSO report from QBOA

QuickBooks Online Accountant is such a useful program for anyone with an accounting firm. QBOA lets you streamline your client books into one main program, and it also helps you keep track of your firm's accounting. I'd be happy to explain what's available in terms of reports. 

At this time, QuickBooks Online Accountant doesn't come with a DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding) report. There's tons of alternative reports you can refer to in order to gather helpful sales information, such as Accounts Receivable Aging Detail/Summary, and the Balance Sheet. 

For more information about how to manually calculate your company's DSO, take a look at this helpful article I found: Daily Sales Outstanding. If you're not an accounting professional, I'd recommend consulting with one in order to ensure you're calculating the DSO correctly.
