Question

On the Selection Bar, I now only have the Gear and the +, I have lost the Transaction Selection (which included Journal Entries). How do I fix this?

It's vital you're able to access all of QuickBook's amazing features. Don't worry, I got your back with this. 

 

First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having.
