Please how can I make a an account active when its already inactive

I want to make sure you're able to reactivate your QuickBooks Online account so you can get back to running your business! If an account has been cancelled or the free trial period has expired, you can re-subscribe quickly and easily. I'll explain how. 

1. Log in to your read-only account on qbo.ca.

2. Click the Gear icon. 

3. Select Account and Settings. 

4. Click Billing and Subscription. 

5. Select Subscribe Now. 

Next, you'll be prompted to enter your credit card information. That's all there is to it.
