Profit and Lost statement incorrectly deductions

For the months of Aug and Sept, my wages and payroll taxes are not deducting from my income. This is in turn messing up the entire years report. The wages show as being (deleted) and in the payroll expense section, it shows $0. Please help!

Is there something wrong on my end?

Hi sam12351,

Welcome to the Community! QuickBooks Online's Profit and Loss report is an excellent tool for reviewing the health of your business throughout the year. It's important that the data is accurate, and I want to ensure that this is resolved.

The first thing I recommend is reviewing the Audit Log of your QuickBooks Online company. This log shows all the actions of different users, and could provide some insight as to what happened with those particular payruns. You can find the steps to do this in this article: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online

If the wages that are showing as "deleted" weren't actually deleted by you or another user, it seems like this could be a performance issue with the internet browser. Data such as tracking cookies and cached images can build up in your browser over time, which can cause issues with online programs such as QuickBooks Online. Please give the following troubleshooting steps a try, checking between each to see if the wages are now showing properly in the payroll expense section:
