Re: How do I change the invoice template address in the online QB self-employment

This does not work for me.  I do not see the 'edit work info'  link as in the picture.  Mine just has an 'edit' link which takes me to 2 questions about sales tax and GST.   Is there a different template in Canada?

    Hi 1601553,

     

    It's important that you're able to edit the information on your forms to reflect your business information accurately.  In QuickBooks Self Employed, there's two ways to accomplish your goal.  I'd be happy to guide you.

     

    Here's how to edit your business information on your invoice:

     

    1. From the left menu, select Invoices

    2. Create Invoice or use the drop-down arrow in the Action column of an existing invoice to Edit

    3. Click Edit Work Info at the bottom of the page

    4. Make any changes necessary

    5. When complete, hit Save

     

    To change the information on existing invoices, you'll need to do this individually.  However, when you choose the Create Invoice option, the information will be used on all new invoices.
