Recently there were changes made to the "+" menu & layout. Since then I can't access items for my firm's books on QB Accountant (Taxes, Reports). Anyone have a solution?

The new changes to the formatting of QuickBooks Online help make navigating the account much easier. The + New icon is now located at the left-hand side of your account, above the navigation menu. If you're noticing that you're not seeing your accountant details, I'd be happy to help you find them.

The new location for the + New icon didn't change anything about the left navigation menu in QuickBooks Online Accountant accounts. The "YOUR BOOKS" section is still located on the left-hand side, under "YOUR PRACTICE". This includes all tabs, such as Overview, Dashboard, Banking, Expenses, Sales, Projects, Employees, Reports, Taxes, Mileage, and Accounting.

If you're not seeing some of these tabs, I recommend clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. To do that, follow the steps here: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files? This will help to remove any stored Internet files that may be causing bugs. 

You should also try accessing your account in Incognito mode. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. To use it, follow these steps: Browse in private. You can also try using an alternative browser.
