Reconciliation report suddenly stopped showing paychecks. Chart of accounts shows them. Why did this happen, how do we fix it so they appear again?

Having all the information you need to reconcile show up in your reconciliation report is key to saving time when reconciling. I'd be happy to help you get your paycheques to show in your reconciliation report.

 

The first step would be to verify the paycheques and reconciliation are in the same account. If they aren't in the same account as you're reconciling you'll need to either change which account you're reconciling or change which account your paycheques are coming out of.

 

If the accounts are both the same and you still can't see the paycheques in your report it could be due to your browsers health. Sometimes your cache and cookies can get damaged or corrupted and this causes your internet browser to not show websites using the correct information. To fix this you'd need to clear your cache and cookies and try opening your QuickBooks in a private browser such as Google Chrome's Incognito mode.
