Hi there,

QuickBooks Online comes stocked with tons of awesome reports that will help you stay organized and assess your business health. It's vital that you know which reports to use for certain tasks, such as evaluating your fuel expenses. The best report for you may depend on how you've recorded these expenses (for example, depending on whether you've set up a specific expense account for fuel, or categorized these expenses a certain way). That being said, there's a few options that will likely fit the bill.

To access your reports, click the Reports tab on the left navigation menu. The first report you can explore is the Expenses by Supplier Detail report. This report will show all of your expenses grouped by supplier. This will likely display the information you're looking for, and you can even customize the report to suit your goals. Here's how to customize reports: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Another report that may work for you in this instance is the Transaction List by Supplier report. This report shows all the transactions associated with specific suppliers. If you have fuel expenses from multiple suppliers, this may be helpful in assessing that information. Again, you can customize it to fit your needs.

I'd recommend exploring the list of reports at greater length if neither of these options work for you. If you're not sure about a particular report or what it does, click the small "?" beside the report's title to see a brief overview of what it will display.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions or if you're still in need of assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our tech support team.

Cheers.
