Reports w/custom date range - ERROR

Is anyone else having issues running reports with custom date ranges?  I am currently getting an error advising that the start date needs to be older than the end date, which is both obvious, and how I have the fields set up.

QBO support said they are aware of this, and working on it - but have provided no updates.

For the CEWS subsidy this is functionality that is vital.
