Sales not matching clients in accountant version

Hello,

I have the accountant version and when I am in my client the sales in mine are different from my clients sales?
He logs in to his and sees for ex $178k in sales. Then I log into mine the accountant version and his sales show $328? I am very confused. We do not have a bank feed set up.
He marks his invoices paid. He does not then do a deposit nor do I.  How do I know which one is accurate and why are they different? The expenses are also different between my accountant version and him logging on to his.
any words of wisdom?

thanks

Hi Peach City Bookkeeping,

It's nice to see you reaching out to Community.  Welcome!  I'd be happy to provide some insight as to why you're not seeing the same totals as your client, for Sales and Expenses in QuickBooks Online.

If you're reviewing reports, I'd recommend ensuring you're both using the same date range and Accounting Method.  Since the goal here is to have you both on the same page, viewing accurate information, from the Sales tab, if you're looking at All Sales, have a look at the filter options.  Your client may be looking at All Sales, All Transactions, All Statuses and a larger Date Range, whereas you may be viewing something more specific.  This may be the same with regards to the expenses and the filter options there as well.

If you need additional assistance or have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach back out.  We're here to help!
