I know how important it is to get your taxes tracked correctly. Great job on double-checking the tax codes. Review the dates on the transactions and the report and check to see if the report has been run in the cash or accrual method. If the report is run in a method other than what your books are recorded in, you'll end up with a different result. If you have checked all of these things and haven't isolated the issue, I suggest troubleshooting your internet browser.

To eliminate your browser as the issue, follow these easy steps:

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
