See student accounts as accountant.

I'm pleased to see you reaching out to Community for assistance with your student list.  I can understand how this can affect your daily agenda as their teacher.  QuickBooks Online Accountant provides all of the features necessary to allow you to glide through your day.  In this situation there's a couple of things to consider.  I'd be glad to assist you with this!

I'd suggest clearing cache on your browser if you haven't done so already, and then log into your QuickBooks Online Accountant in private or incognito mode to see if you get the same result.  

Next you'll want to ensure you're logging into the QuickBooks Online Accountant version that's associated with the email address you've received the invitations from.  If you're still not seeing your students in the client list, show inactive clients.  Here's how:

1. Open the Clients list from the left menu

2. Click on the small Gear above the Actions column

3. Check the box to Include inactive clients
