Snapshot Report in Quickbooks Desktop

Is there a way to customize each "widget" within the Company Snapshot screen to display the full information rather than having to scroll down?  For example, the Account Balances widget in the Company Snapshot screen: when I go to print this report it will only print the first 10 account lines but the rest will be dropped, because I cant expand to include the full list. It is not helpful to print this report in this manner - which I would like to do to share with my colleagues.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here in the Community. QB Desktop is a versatile program that enables you to get your work done faster. I'll be happy to point you towards the right direction so you can get back to doing what you love. 

 

I can see the benefit of  having the the function you've described above, however, since this isn't available, I recommend sending feedback about it to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Help menu > Send Feedback Online. For any functions that aren't directly available in the program, I recommend checking out our App Store where you can search for apps that can fulfil a particular function in QuickBooks.
