Spreadsheet Sync

Good afternoon,

The Spreadsheet Sync appears in our QBO Online Advanced version, but when we try to launch the add-in an error appears in excel "ADD-IN ERROR This add-in is no longer supported on this application".

Is Spreadsheet Sync available in Canada?

Hi KM111,

 

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online Advanced Canada, does have the Spreadsheet Sync feature.  However, as other customers are also experiencing an error when trying to launch it, our Development Team is currently investigating the unexpected behavior.  If you'd like to be notified when the issue has been resolved, please contact us outside of Community, so we can set you up for email notifications with status updates.

 

 Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
