Logged into a new phone, none of my company info transferred

I want to help you further with your concern, but I will be needing more information about the problem. Can you please tell us more about what happened and what dis you do? Also, are you using the QuickBooks Mobile app and logging into a different device? Any additional info will help me resolve this for you.

 

For now, make sure to login using the correct account login and see if it makes any changes.
