Question
Tax-Select View summary. Total sales for Line 101, click on that sales number to pull a detail report. The summary amount is different from the detail report, why?
Canada. QB Online Plus. HST line 101
From "Taxes", Select View Summary, I have the total sales number on Line 101. Then click on that number to pull out the detail report, that gives a different total amount. P&L has the same amount as the one in detail report. So the "View summary" line 101 is not correct. But it is impossible to find out where it comes from because clicking on that number to pull the detail report but the total in the detail report is correct.
Example: Summary page, line 101 is showing $102.00, click this "102.00" and get the detail one that has total $100.00. P&L has $100.00 which is matched to the detail report.
Anyone has an idea why and how to fix it?
