Question

The year end Trial Balance for my client, Pyrosoft, is NOT balanced, but the client who maintains the records has no idea. Can you please advise how to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out in the QuickBooks Community. I know how important it is to have your accounts balance. This may be an issue with your browser so I can guide you through some troubleshooting.

 

When you have an issue where you're getting unexpected results in the program it's often due to needing to clear the cache and cookies. Every time you visit a webpage it downloads cookies into your cache and it'll eventually disrupt communication in other programs.
