Time Activities by Employee Detail Report

When i'm using the Time Activities by Employee Detail Report, all the employee rates are at 0,00$ but all my employees have rates... Also when i'm clicking to the 0,00 to see the detail, the system show the adequate rate

Thanks for reaching out about your reports. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of time for your employees so you can invoice it properly and add it to payroll. I can provide some assistance regarding reports.

 

If information isn't populating correctly to a report, one cause would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate on your browser, device and network and cause some information to not appear in any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online.
