Transaction with attachment report in QB Deskto

In QB Canada Desktop or Enterprise, how can I see which transactions are documented properly with an attachment and which transactions are still in need of an attachment? Is there a report I can pull?

The report you've described above isn't available in QuickBooks Desktop. I  can see the benefit of having this report and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can do this by clicking on the Help menu and looking for Send Feedback Online. I also recommend looking into third-party apps on our site that can help you with this. You can search for these apps on our site desktop.apps.com. I suggest choosing an app that suits your business needs based on the app description and reviews. In the meantime, I recommend utilizing the Documents module which shows you the attachments that are associated with which documents on the account. You can get to this screen by clicking Company > Documents > Doc center.
