I get this warning... Can’t create all statements - 1 of 1 customers have no statements for this date. Adjust the date, or click Save to create statements for the other 0. To see customers for whom statements are not generated, update the filter above the grid.

Hello mail19,

I appreciate you reaching out to us here. QuickBooks is designed to help you streamline your work using the amazing features in the program. I'll be happy to assist you so you're on the right track with managing your work with peace of mind.

First, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.

I'll be one message away in case you need further assistance.

I cleared the Cache and cookies but that did not solve the issue. I turns out, as far as I can see, you cannot generate a Statement from a Parent account and you can't generate a statement of a sub-account if "bill to Parent" is checked. This is an oversight that should be addressed by design and engineering. Thanks for the quick response though.

It is truly sad that when we have real issues with quickbooks all we get are ridiculous robo-generated responses that are of zero help.  I think "clearing the cache" is code for "we have no idea". Then we are left to just  waste time and muddle around until we figure out the answer ourselves!  Cheers to you for figuring that out.  It doesn't solve the problem but was 1000% more helpful to me than the actual quickbooks answer.   Cheers!
