What report can I run that would let me know if and when I sent invoices to our customers?

It's such a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online provides a wide variety of customizable reports.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Here's how to create a report to show invoices you've sent;

 

1. Open Reports from the left menu

2. In the Search field, enter Transaction list by Customer

3. Click on Customize

4. Enter your desired Report period

5. Select Rows/Columns

6. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to Group by 'Customer', or select your preferred option from the list

7. Place a checkmark beside the columns you want on the report, such as Transaction type, Customer, Invoice Date and Sent

8. Click on Filter and choose any additional information you want  on the report

9. Hit Run report

That should do it!
