Hello b-mct,

I'm glad to see that you're still making use of QuickBooks Online Payroll to manage your pay runs and related data side-by-side with the rest of the books. I know how important it is to have the right details for filling out forms like the PD27 for the Temporary Wage Subsidy outside of the program, and I can show you how to find the reports that can help you out.

When the Temporary Wage Subsidy was launched earlier in the year, QuickBooks Online's payroll team got to work to outline a way to record the amounts in the program. That resulted in the following QuickBooks Community article: Temporary Wage Subsidy for Employers (10%). That article not only outlines the steps to record and pay the subsidy amount in your books, but also how to use reports like the Payroll Summary by Employee report to see the Wage Subsidy data.

This report should get you the details you're looking for to work with the PD27. Another report you can consider in case the Payroll Summary by Employee report doesn't show you everything you're looking for is the Payroll Details report. This report shows you the details of the pay cheques, such as deduction amounts, taxes, and so forth. Check out this article to see a comprehensive list of the available payroll reports and what information they can show you: Run payroll reports

Give those a shot and you should be on your way. Wishing you the best. :)
