When I connect to Power BI the data does not match QBO. For example, the TB balances are wrong for Balance Sheet and the Income Statement balances do not even show up?

Welcome to the QuickBooks community! I love that you're hoping to partner with another service to enhance what you can do with QuickBooks Online. I'll point you in the right direction of getting this sorted out.

 

Taking a look at Power BI and how it connects with QuickBooks Online, it looks like the integration takes place through the Power BI program. What this means is you connect to QBO through Power BI. Because of that, any errors and mixing of information needs to be looked at with the Power BI team as the integration is handled from their side.
