Question

When I migrated my data from my desktop software, it did not migrate my statements. I have no data other than the items list. I can’t see my sales. How do I migrate them?

It sounds like you may have been previously using QuickBooks Desktop. If that's the case, thanks for sticking with us! The two platforms are similar, but there are many differences between them, and it's also important to keep in mind that not all data will migrate. That being said, your sales data should migrate over when you make the switch. I recommend starting with this article to ensure that you've taken all the steps to ensure the integrity of your data: Migrating from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online

 

If you missed a step, don't worry, you can try re-migrating your company file. This completely overwrites everything that's already entered into that QuickBooks Online account, so you shouldn't see any duplicates. If you migrated with the help of our Data Services team, you can reach out to them via the contact details in the email communications they would have sent you.
