Question

When I pull my balance sheet for the last year, it is only populating with 6 months of data. Even though it says it is for the full year. What am I missing?

My books aren't closed. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? I haven't experienced this before. My Profit and Loss pulls correctly, but the Trial Balance and Balance sheet are only pulling 6months of data even though it says it is for the full year.

Based on the details you've provided, I recommend making sure you're seeing the transactions in question outside of the Balance Sheet. This helps determine whether the transactions you're looking for exist in QuickBooks or not. If they do exist, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
