When I pull my balance sheet for the last year, it is only populating with 6 months of data. Even though it says it is for the full year. What am I missing?

Based on the details you've provided, I recommend making sure you're seeing the transactions in question outside of the Balance Sheet. This helps determine whether the transactions you're looking for exist in QuickBooks or not.
