Question

When looking at "Get Paid" -> Overview -> Income Over Time, set Duration to "This year to date", I only get January 2022 reporting, and $0 for every month since. Why?

I have consistent monthly invoices and payments for those invoices.

Hi there t-stoyanovski,

 

It's important that all your transactions be entered correctly so that your books can be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of your sales and expenses to be able to see the profit of your company. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with the display of the overview tab.

 

If data is missing from the graphs and reports shown on the overview tab, one possible cause would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in your system and can have an effect on any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. Here are some steps to help resolve any issues caused by browsing data:

 

If the error persists. I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the Overview tab with you in a secure setting in order to assist with steps to get this issue resolved or notify our engineers if the error continues. You can reach them using these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
