Where can I find a report that shows me accrued vacation by pay?

I have entered vacation accrual at the proper rate for each employee. Each pay stub shows employee what they have earned in hours for each pay but I would like to see a report that shows me $$$ not hours. There is a report that shows total accrued $$$ todate but want a break down.

Hi Tumble.

 

Knowing exactly what each employee is accruing in vacation is a great way to make sure there are no mistakes. I'd be happy to help you with this report can help you see what has been accrued on each paycheque.

 

The report I'd recommend using would be the Payroll details report. This will show you a breakdown of each paystub including the dollar amount of the accrued vacation. You can also customize the report to show each individual employee or all of them in order. This can be done by clicking on the customized option in the top right of the report.
