Where is the new report location of invoice send email/customer viewed?

A date/time report of  emailed/customer viewing used to be detailed bottom/ centre when I viewed invoices in QB Online.  Where can I see that report now for individual invoices?  Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the Community! I'd be happy to provide some information on this kind of invoice report. Unfortunately, the feature you’re referring to is no longer available in QuickBooks Online. However, you can still check if an invoice has been viewed by a customer by following these steps:

 

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Click the Sales tab in the left-hand menu.
3. Click Invoices.
4. Select the invoice you want to check.
5. Click the More button (three vertical dots) in the upper right corner of the screen.
6. Click Invoice activity.
7. Check the list of activities to see if the invoice has been viewed by the customer.


Please note that this feature only works if you have enabled online delivery for your invoices and the customer has clicked the “View invoice” button in the email they received.

 

I can see how having the option to pull a customer view/sent invoice report would be helpful for you and your business. I highly suggest sending feedback directly to our product developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider on how to improve QuickBooks.

 

Here's how to submit feedback:

 

1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
