Why are reports not available on QBO mobile device app

Running your business with QuickBooks Online is an awesome way to simplify your bookkeeping. The mobile app for QBO makes it easy to conduct business from anywhere, and it's great addition to the product. I'd be happy to explain which reports are available in the mobile app for QBO.

 

You can run the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports in the mobile app by clicking All at the top of the screen > Reports > Profit & Loss/Balance Sheet


While these two reports are available on mobile, not all the reports will be displayed outside the browser version of the program. The app has a few limitations compared to the browser version of QBO, which is based on the complexity of the task. Some reports are very robust and require full browser capabilities to display everything properly. 

 

I know how handy it is to have the option to review any of your reports on your mobile device, so I'd recommend logging into your account via the browser on your phone in order to access every feature.
