Why are statements not uploading to QBO? Bank transactions are uploading?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Online community family! The bank statement feature is a great tool that enables you to import your bank statements in the software, and I want to make sure you're able to benefit from it.

 

The bank statement feature available in QuickBooks Online Plus and Accountant is supported by the following banks.

  • Royal Bank of Canada
  • TD Canada Trust - Easy Web
  • Scotiabank
  • Bank of Montreal
  • ATB Financial
  • Desjardins AccesD Affaires
  • RBC Banque Royale (Canada)
  • Canadian Tire Bank
  • American Express Credit Card (Canada)
  • Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce

If your financial institution is among this list and you're unable to use the feature, it could be due to a browser issue. Temporary internet files that accumulate in your browser can sometimes cause bugs in the software. To ensure your app or browser is running the program as designed, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this article:  Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online
