Hello info-aldercreek,

Welcome to the Community! QuickBooks Online allows you to generate client statements with a click of a button, making it easier to collect your receivables in a timely manner. I can shed some light on the statement balance.

When statements are generated in QuickBooks Online, the net balance (what they owe minus what they've already paid) can be found in two locations. The first place is in the Total Due field towards the top right of the statement underneath the Date field. The second spot where the balance can be found is to the bottom right of the statement, where it shows Amount Due to the right of the aging fields. You can learn more about creating and customizing your customer statements in this article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online

I hope this helps. Please let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with!
