Why do time costs not get applied to the project profit margin? I see the time cost in the project report but they are not affecting profit margin, how can I fix this?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online feature for projects is a great way to stay on top of your income and expenses for each job.  It's essential that you're able to see the time costs reflect on the profit margin.  I'll be happy to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

In this situation, I suggest clearing cache on your browser and then log into your QuickBooks account with a private or incognito browser to see if you get the same result.  In addition, I recommend having a look at this guide to ensure billable or nonbillable expense transactions have been added correctly.
