Why does auto-import of credit card statements not work? It works for bank statements (RBC). Work for Visa statements until this month but never worked for MasterCard.

MasterCard account was set to Paper statements but has been updated to Electronic and still doesn't work. Visa statements downloaded for year and a half since switching to QBO but quit working this month.

Based on the details you've provided above, I suspect this may be a browser-related issue that's causing the discrepancy you're experiencing. Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools with a one time license (e.g csv2qbo @ $60) as a workaround.
