Why does auto-import of credit card statements not work? It works for bank statements (RBC). Work for Visa statements until this month but never worked for MasterCard.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools with a one time license (e.g csv2qbo @ $60) as a workaround.
