Why does the print report pop up window appear for a split second and then turn blank?

Printing your reports is a great way to stay organized and keep on top of your bookkeeping tasks. The Print/Preview screen is there to give you an idea of what the printed copy of your report will look like. If you're noticing that the pop-up window is turning black and not loading properly, there's a few browser troubleshooting steps you can take in order to get things back up and running. 

First, try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser. These stored Internet files can build up over time and cause bugs in QuickBooks Online and other sites. If you're still experiencing the issue, try using Google Chrome in Incognito Mode. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser.
