Why don't I see a Quickbooks balance in my income chart of accounts. I can see it when I run a report

QuickBooks Online enables you to see your bank balance as well as your QuickBooks balance, in your chart of accounts.  When the information is missing, it can be resolved quickly.  I would be glad to help!

There's a possibility that the Balance box is unchecked.  Follow these steps to edit your settings: 

1. Open the Chart of Accounts and click the small ⚙ icon on the upper right side

2. Ensure that the QuickBooks Balance and Bank Balance boxes are checked
